For years my neighbor has had nothing but problems with her septic. Having people come out to fix it only to have it constantly back up and have it pumped every three months. It got so bad that there was a puddle in her yard, but unfortunately she doesn't have money to get replaced let alone fixed. So after talking with Automatic Septic yesterday (05.20.18) she told them she was going to have to try and get state assistance. So today there goes a big truck by my house today with backhoe and when they when they knocked on her door she tried to explain she didn't have the money. Kenny and Matt told her it didn't matter, their boss said to take care of her; there was no way he was going to let this go on any further. They put in a new leach field, and the cost was going to cost $300. It cost more for halling the backhoe, with stone and pipe then they charged her. Oh, and she didn't have to pay today. What a quality company to do something like that.
